For those of you who know me, it comes as no surprise that I have a “colorful” vocabulary.

I ran across the profound meaning(s) of the word FUCK and have posted them below. Author unknown…….

The word FUCK can describe pain, pleasure, love, and hate. It falls into many grammatical categories and can be used in many ways. Aside from its sexual connotations, this incredible word can be used to describe many situations:

  1. Fraud “I got fucked by the car dealer.”
  2. Greeting “How the fuck are ya?”
  3. Resignation “Oh, fuck it!”
  4. Trouble “I guess I’m fucked now.”
  5. Aggression “FUCK YOU!”
  6. Disgust “Fuck me.”
  7. Confusion “What the fuck…….?”
  8. Difficulty “I don’t understand this fucking business!”
  9. Despair “Fucked again…”
  10. Pleasure “I fucking couldn’t be happier.”
  11. Displeasure “What the fuck is going on here?”
  12. Lost “Where the fuck are we.”
  13. Disbelief “UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE!”
  14. Retaliation “Up your fucking ass!”
  15. Denial “I didn’t fucking do it.”
  16. Perplexity “I know fuck all about it.”
  17. Apathy “Who really gives a fuck, anyhow?”
  18. Suspicion “Who the fuck are you?”
  19. Panic “Let’s get the fuck out of here.”
  20. Directions “Fuck off!”
  21. Disbelief “How the fuck did you do that?”

It can be used in an anatomical description “He’s a fucking asshole.”

It can be used to tell time “It’s five fucking thirty.”

It can be used in business “How did I wind up with this fucking job?”

And……..it can be maternal “Motherfucker!”

    Brandy, Did you fuck’n know that a study out of some dumbass college, that we spend money to send our kids to, determined that if you use swear words in statements. The statement is view as more true or more fucking correct. The study did conclude, however, that this does not work for people in politics; or apparently cops who’ve had to shoot a number of people even after yelling. “fucking move and I’ll shoot.” Just thought you damn well better know that swearing IS an important part of our volcabulary. Love ya

    In addition, if I use it at school to grab the attention of my students to ENGAGE them in a group discussion, I’ll get fucking fired.
    Thanks for the English lesson! Let’s see, how can I translate it for all of my ESL students! Oh, actually, I believe that this is one term than is universal as I hear it in the hallways in over half a dozen different languages!!
