Okay, so my husband had a great idea the other day and suggested that I email a few “Airline Magazine” editors to see if they might be interested in reviewing and “possibly” publishing a few of my short stories….
SOOOO…….the other night, after knocking back a few glasses of wine, I sat down at my computer and began emailing a couple of the airlines….well, maybe a few…..uummm, okay….every single frickin’ airline I could find!
Needless to say, I did not want to write each of the editors a separate email inquiry so I did a lot of “copy and pasting“. In doing this, I now admit that I may have missed typed a few references to the names of their respective publications.
ApparentlyI asked Virgin Atlantic Airlines, publisher of Seatback Magazine, to consider my writing for publication in Delta’s Sky Magazine. Dammit……..
I was unaware of this until the bitch slapping email I received from guest relations at Virgin Atlantic stating that if I am SOOOOO interested in writing for Delta’s Sky publication – - – - then maybe I should contact them directly. KA-POW!!!!
OOOOPS……………. Goddamn Chardonnay…………..
